An electrical inspection is really important to assess that the wiring in a property is safe.
We offer a visual inspection which consists of one of our approved electricians assessing the fixed installation, a full period inspection report, which consists of a visual inspection, together with testing all fixed circuits within the property, a full written report will be issued. A full periodic is issued to home buyers, landlords and any other person wishing to check the safety of electrics. We also offer portable appliance testing and relevant test certification (often done for insurance purposes).
